The Do Not Call List is obviously a complete failure. When the Congress passed it, they left all these loopholes. If they are the "agent" of someone you already do business with, they can legally call you. So if you subscribe to Esquire Magazine, and Esquire sells your name to a list, they can interupt your dinner, interupt another phone call, interupt a romantic moment or interupt your sleep. Will everybody please write your congressmen and senators asking them to make the law air tight. It should be illegal for even your mother-in-law to call you.
