Ms. Digs, when I tell a fundraiser to quit calling, I expect that order to be permanent, not conveniently expire six minutes before the next pledge drive. The FTC feels the same way. A charity call is likely to be made by a commercial fundraiser, subject to the Telemarketing Sales Rule. Such a call center must keep and add to an internal no-call list. A written request sent USPS Certified with return card works best, as it is disobeyed at risk of a consumer lawsuit.

This charity does call once a month. They will will start on a Monday and if you do not answer the phone they will continue to try and reach you for the rest of that week. All you have to do is pick up the phone and say ~ yay or nay or take me off the call list. They will not continue to call until the next month as long as you answer the phone!!!
Please stop calling, I have ask you before. I do not donate anything over the phone.

they are very annoying...calling every day...
These damned pests call, sometimes multiple times, daily. I have told them to stop with no result. I am thinking of filing a harassment complaint with my local DA.
They call every other day and don't leave a message. I believe it is Medina Children's Home. They have several thrift stores in San Antonio.
surely i can't be the only one receiving these calls for almost a year now!
anyhow, they call too much even after dnc!
