court
documents
asking
This number called today asking if someone was available to receive documents for someone who does and has not ever lived here. I don't even know the person. They were argumentative, so they gave me another number to call to report that the person doesn't live here. The thing is....I've already done that. So it turns out the number they gave me to call is the original collection agency. Very suspect!

My vote is on either a scofflaw debt collector or a foreign payday loan bully. That court reference is close enough to break Federal collections law. Learn your rights at FTC-dot-gov.

I would also like to add that my family is not involved in any kind of legal action. The idea that this entity has "court documents" for my immediate family member is bogus.

Received this call today in the afternoon, asking for a family member of mine regarding "court documents". If there were "court documents" for my immediate family member, a legitimate firm would mail a notification and not by phone from an out-of-area number with no name.
