@Richard Thanks for the info. I filed a few complaints since last night. This afternoon for the first time I actually spoke to someone and was able to tell them to stop calling my number. I don't know if this was due to the FCC complaints or not but we shall see.
Get 3 or 4 calls a day, as late as 8:30 pm. No message. It is getting old, and no way would I get their DSL servce, even if it is the best there is. I'll file a complaint, and see if that helps.
This company has been calling our house for several months now, multiple times a day. Formerly used other numbers like 210-331-5234. From other searches it appears to be AT&T trying to sell their DSL services. Who knew since every single time I try to answer to tell them where to go the line is dead air then hangs up.
If EVERYONE who is harassed by these jokers will please please please file a complaint with the FTC here:

Even if you are an AT&T customer, they are not permitted to abandon calls, by law they are required to answer and/or leave a message. Please file a complaint and hit them where it counts, in the wallet. This form is easy to use and you just click that no one gets on the line within 2 seconds of your answering. Maybe if I report each and every single call I receive (i.e. 5 times a day) to this complaint form until the FCC feels as harassed by these losers as I do something will get done.
