They've called twice today. Both times asking for my wife. First time, the person on the other end would only give an employee ID number. Second call, both the initial caller and then his supervisor gave full names, supposedly theirs. Both times they called, the were willing to volunteer a mailing address for the business: Grant Instructor, 5348 Vegas Drive, Suite 866, Las Vegas, NV 89108. They also gave a toll free "customer service" number: 888-276-8105.
Then asked the caller: "Is this a telemarketing call?"
Me: So, at no time during the course of this call will you be asking for money of any kind?
Response (a bit flabbergasted and off-script): But we need to recover shipping and handling charges.
I eventually ended up going through the rest of the Do Not Call script: http://www.ucan.org/telecommunications/landline/anti_telemarketing_script
Interesting Google fodder:
