No message. Just keeps calling. On do not call list. For all the good that is doing.
Calling back, you get a message that says, "Press one to be removed from our list." I'm fairly confident pressing one won't do crap, perhaps all I have done is confirm for them that they have a working number.
All the useless crap our government doesn't do for us- why can't they just stop these scams? But I digress.
number keeps calling my cell phone. no messages left. i am on dnc list.
This number called me today and was a credit card consolidation scam. If they are not trying to LOWER your rates they are THANKING YOU FOR YOUR RECENT PAYMENT, PUSH 1 TO CONSOLIDATE ALL YOUR CARDS. I get these calls constantly and when I block the number, Another one pops up. What can a person do???????
They call every day. I have reported them to do not call every day. Blocked the number and now they call from another number same people. I bought a whistles, you know the silver one refs use, and now when they call I answer with blowing he whistle as hard as I can. They have called in a couple of days. LOL
Told caller to take my name off their list or I would let them talk to my lawyer. They said try and hung up.
This is a scam caller. I told them to stop calling or they could talk to my lawyer. They told me to try and hung up on me. The ID showed Customer Svc.
I answered ...a recording came on from credit card services...the caller ID shows CUSTOMER SVC. Date called 02-04-2013 @ 9:44am.

The FCC has temporarily halted 7 minor unprofitable boiler rooms who will receive a slap on the wrist and be back at it within a few days. In the meantime the calls will continue since they are making money with what is called a CNAM revenue-sharing program through companies like http://www.telephonemanagement.net and http://www.CallerID4U.com
In their own words: 'Every day your company makes thousands of outbound phone calls. Every one of those calls generates revenue for many companies, why not yours? Our CNAM revenue-sharing program helps you make money every time a Caller ID request is made by a phone carrier. A high-traffic call center can lose hundreds to thousands of dollars a day to phone carriers by allowing them to charge for access to your own data.'
You can now see why the criminals keep calling even though they know you won't fall for their scam. They are making money even if you don't answer the phone. If someone does make the mistake of answering the phone and falling for their con then it is just icing on the cake for them.
What To Do When You Get an Illegal Robocall; http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/microsites/robocalls
1. Hang Up. Do not press 1 or any other numbers to get off the list and NEVER call them back
2. Consider blocking the number or on a cell phone add it to a contact list and assign NO ring tone
3. Report it at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
4. Report it at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov
5. People should continually file complaints with their Attorney Generals office
Register your phone numbers online at http://www.donotcall.gov or call 888-382-1222
(must call from # you want removed).
There is a blog site that has information on one of these operations: http://telemarketerspam.wordpress.com

This number keeps harassing me. Credit card scam. If you call the number back it does not even ring. What good is that do not call list when scammers like this can keep harassing you day and nioght. I am sick of these people.
The message said hit 1 to talk to a rep so I did to ask politely if they would take my name off their calling list. Before I got half the sentence out the man (very sarcastically) said "Oh, if you're sooo smart and you know who I am then why did you push the 1?" I just hung up but I'm really irritated.
scammers phishing for your credit card numbers.
My husband & I received a call from this number at about the same time.
Left no message. Googled right away.Won't answer if they call again.
Left a partial message that was cut off. Said "Thank you"
They called and an automated voice said something about eligability to decrease my intrest on my current credit card. Joke on them: I have none!
Just a got a missed call from that number. Googled it and goin this site. Apparently this scam is still going on.
Looks like they are at it again. Did not answer, no message left
Kinda knew it was a scam call when I saw the caller ID with the Fresno (209) area code. Fresno and Fresno county have not used the 209 area code since Nov 14, 1998, when the area code converted to (559)area code.
Got a call on my cell from 209-220-2395. Couldn't answer. Googled the number and saw these messages. Glad I found this site. If they call again I'll give them the password 5150 which is the code for an involuntary psychiatric hold.....just what those crazies deserve!
Called me three times at 9 a.m. this morning, don't know who it is.

Received a call from this number just now. Ignored the call cause it said Fresno CA. Googled it and found your messages. Thanks all.
Just got a recorded message saying my Wells Fargo account had a red flag and please hold for a seccurity person. I dont use Wells Fargo. Then a woman named Karen came on, said she worked for Wells Fargo and asked me who I was.
I told her that she called me, I didnt call her. I let her ramble on about my account being hacked and finally statrted laughing so hard I had to hang up. Never, ever had a Wells Fargo account in my life!
I just got a call from this number at 2:12- I did not answer but called back to a busy signal.
Got a call with a recorded message saying there wasnt a problme with my Wells Fargo account, but there were flags popping up on it.
THen a woman comes on and asked for my name. Seriously? The bank calls me and doesnt know my name? I told her that and she got flustered and started saying there was a problem with my account and she needed my password to look at it. I said they never needed my password to look at my account before. SHe hung up. I called Wells Fargo and they said it was a major scam going around right now.
I have received a call from this number a few times. It's a robocall stating that my credit card is fine but they can lower my interest rate. They never give the name of the company they just say press 1 to speak with a rep or press 2 to stop future calls. I pressed 1 to speak with a rep and when she answered it sounded like she was in a bathroom cause it echoed. She also did not give the name of the company. I told her I didn't own a credit card and started to say to please stop calling me but she hung up on me mid sentence. This is a spam which I have reported to the Federal Trade Commission.
calling them back gives you the option to be placed on their do not call list, but since they never mention the name of the credit card company, it is more likely just a scam to collect...and then sell, your phone number.
do not call Nov 06th, 2012
Credit Card scam attempt on my cell.
Unknown call from this number, no message left.
came up as unknown on my cell. no message. must be a scam.
Just got a call from this number. I didn't pick up and they left no message.
I'm on the Do Not Call register, which these days seems to be worthless. They called my cell at 8:49am EST and didn't leave a message. I was in a meeting, so I didn't answer. Not recognizing the number, but also not wanting to miss a customer, I first looked up the area code. I don't know anyone in the Stockton, CA area so I looked up the whole number and found all these reports. Looks like it must have just started today - all are dated the same day as I got the call. glad to be able to register these things. If it was 8:49am EST, it was only 5:49am in California!
I answered a call from this # and no one responded. Then I got another call on my second line from the same #. Again no response.
I got a call from this number this morning on my land line phone and 4 hours later the same number called my cell phone. I don't know how they know BOTH numbers but I also don't even own a credit card so obviously these people are scammers.
I got a call today and I'm on the Do Not Call register - guess I need to report these guys too
Missed call and didn't recognize the number so I googled it and landed here. Glad I missed it! Thanks for info. previous posters!
received a missed call from the same number. didn't recognize it so i googled it and led me to this site. gald i didn't respond or call them back.
Got a call from this number on 11/6/2012 from the automated surface saying the same thing. Pushed 1 and was directed to an operator. I heard about 4 seconds of commotion and people talking, then a guy with what seemed like an Indian accent answered the phone. I asked him what credit card this was for and what it was about, and he instantly hung up on me. I am 100% sure this is a unprofessional organization attempting to commit fraud.
Received call on 11/6 at 11:20 Eastern. Didn't pick up and caller didn't leave a message. Caller ID said "Fresno,CA"
Called on cell phone at 8:50 AM (6:50 AM in Calif.). Recorded message about a credit card, saying there was no problem with the credit card, but to call them back. I do NOT us credit cards!!! These are credit scammers, and now they are getting
into cell numbers that are not only unlisted, but also on the Do Not Call register.
Company wanting to talk with you about credit card rates.
Will not identify their company name and hangs ups.
Most likely credit card fraud!!!
