I have received calls from this number and my parents have also received calls from it. I don't know what it's all about.

It is illegal in the U.S. for any company to place a call and run a prerecorded sales message. These crooks used a different number and location in the past. Before they called from 561-367-6076 Boca Ratan FL. In my state, the AG won't lift a finger to help stop it. If you are in a state other than Nevada, please report these calls to your AG.

On 8/27/2007 and 8/28/2008 around 19:00 MDT both times, a telemarketing firm with an auto dialer called identify themselves as Financial Card Services. Pushing any numeric key caused the recorded sales pitch to start over again. Waiting until the end, two options were provided. One (keypad 1) to speak with a live agent, and two (keypad 2) to have your number removed from their call list (the number they called is already on the national do not call list). On the first call option two was selected, and a message stated the number they called would be removed. On the second call, I selected option one and played along and finally got to speak with a live person. The minute I started complaining about them calling they hung up. I tried to call the number back (208-896-5562) on the caller ID, which is a bogus out of service number.

Recording stated that she was "Heather" from my credit card company and the eligibility to lower my interest rate to 6.9% would soon expire. At the end of the message push on certain numbers to be transferred.??
