Glad to learn of this. And glad I thought to check the web about it.

This guy called that he was from the irs, and he said there was a miscalculation of the tax return and stated that we owe him money. If we didn't pay the money, the police will arrest me and take my drivers license. The man with Indian accent wanted my zip code and instructed me to go to Walmart to make the payment. I realized it was a scam and told him I won't pay. He then said the police will arrest me tomorrow. If you get a call from a man with an Indian accent with the number 208-843-8063, beware it is a scam.

Left a voicemail with the whole "officer with the IRS...filed a lawsuit against you" deal. The number that was left in the message to call was 208-843-8063, but the number shown on caller id was 213-141-5163.

This is a scam stating that the IRS is bringing a lawsuit against you. The message states you need to call the number immediately. The IRS does not call individuals with messages like this. If a person is really concerned, they should call the IRS directly, not the number given on this SCAM call. A person can learn more about this scam, and others like it, on the Federal Trade Commission's web site: www.ftc.gov.
