When I answered, it was a recorded message "This is John from Credit Card Services" and it went on to say something about being able to lower interest rate--time is running out--if you want to speak to a representative Press 1--if you want to be removed Press 2. I'm on the "Do Not Call" list and have tried the "remove" bit before so decided to talk to a real representative. There was music playing while I waited, then a young woman's voice came on. I asked her the name and address of the company. The line went dead.
