Same pretty much as the anon above me but I stayed on the line and talked with them. They eventually wanted my credit card number to verify the account. I told them I was not going to give that out over the phone. They then went thru the privacy thing of I would not be liable cause of blah blah. I said I was not giving them the number. They then told me they could not give me a lower interest rate and hung up.

A recorded message said that the call was about my credit card (unspecified) and that there was not a problem "yet" but that they needed to speak to me asap. I hung up at that point.
