06:00 in your time zone? That's two hours too early under Federal law. Funny yet typical, they have no problem breaking that law but are scared to death of getting bagged on a privacy violation. That's what all the identity and disclosure dancing is about.

If you are receiving repeated, misdirected, and/or abusive calls from a third party debt collector, you may find relief in the provisions of the FDCPA, the Federal law which regulates collector behavior. Learn your rights at FTC-dot-gov. See also your state laws for additional support.

Call constantly every day for the past 2 weeks. Right on the dot when 6AM rolls around till 8PM around bedtime. Most of the time its hangups. Last 3 calls I recieved I spoke with a young lady that asks for me and I respond with "may I ask whos calling?", and immediately in mid sentence get transferred to some rude women who keep asking me my name and my address and are adament on me verifying my identity all the while im asking them to idetify themselves.
