Wanted to Hack my computer , reported him to AT$T impersonates from microsoft. This was a lady that called me, I let her know AT$T would be calling ,e not her, hung up on her and stupid thing called me back.
Caller ID was name unavailable and when you call the number back recording says the number can not be reached as dialed....A scam trying to get into your computer to screw it up something like health tech to help with computer and my problems..but knew from the last scam and the Phillipine dialect, not a legit one. Told him I didn't have a computer and hung up. BEWARE Don't kid yourself, the Do No Call List can not help with matters like this as they are so backlogged, it will take a hundred years and they really could care less. They are all getting a good paycheck from us taxpayers.
Called at dinnertime. Asshole.
Wanted to take control of my computer so he could fix problems that an anti-virus program couldn't get and to improve performance. He said he could show me how my computer had a lot of errors and warnings in it by examining the log files.
I was able to keep him on the phone for 10 minutes.
