Came up on my Time Warner caller ID. Picked up and she (soft spoken) asked if this was Mr. XXXXXXX ?(pronounced my last name incorrectly). I said the number she had dialed was not in service. She said "OK" and I hung up.

This is a follow-up to my last comment. I called Woodmaster of Maine to confirm that they had called. They had in fact been calling people. I asked if they normally honor the do-not-call list and she said that they do. She apologized and said that she would check as to why they called me. It sounds like this was an honest mistake. Guess I wait to see if I get another call.
I picked up on this call since I recognized the company name of Woodmaster although I have never done business with them. A lady was on the phone and asked if this was the W...... residence. I said yes and she identified the company as Woodmaster of Maine. She proceeded to tell me about the products that Woodmaster sells including roofing, siding, etc.. I hung up on her during mid sentence. Guess they don't look at the do-not-call list before calling.
Received a call from this number. Very soft speaking lady offering home improvement services ~ doors, windows, roofing, garages, ...
Couldn't make out the company. Their number is local, but no info or listing.
Said the call was computer based, but we're on the donotcall listing.
