This scammer calls numbers on the do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered and again by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line to pause or stop the recording and answer questions. When you do get to an operator, they continue to violate the TCPA by refusing to provide an address when requested. The recording states that you are qualified for business funding and you need to speak to an operator immediately before your opportunity expires. This is clearly a scam, as the operator wants to collect financial and qualification information - which wouldn't be necessary if you were already qualified. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
