Automated phone message telling us that our automobile warranty will be expiring soon (which is semi-true) and we were to hold on to purchase an extended warranty. I say "semi-true" because we recently sold the car that the warranty was to be expiring on. I held on to have a live person come on the line. When I asked which car they were referring to (I actually KNEW which of our cars was expiring) he simply said "the car that was purchased within the last five years." BOTH of our old cars were purchased within the last five years. I said this to him and was quickly hung up on. This is pretty much telling me that they have NO specific information on our cars and are not authorized dealers on extending our warranties.
