Got an automated message from this number the first time and hung up. The second time a call came through from this number, I listened to the message and it said that it was in regards to my current credit card and to lower the rate, press 1. I did this and a very unprofessional sounding person got on the line and said, "So you wish to lower your rate?". I said I wanted more information. They said this was in regards to my current visa and mastercard accounts and what was my current balance? I said you tell me, you are calling in regards to these accounts - give me information about these accounts you are calling about. The caller then hung up on me.
