Recorded message telling me that the call was about my credit cards, that there is no problem, but that the call is my final warning that I will miss lowered interest rates. I pressed one to speak to an operator who started asking me questions about which credit cards I hold and how much balance I have on each. I asked which credit card company was calling, and she told me "Consumer Services" - a company that works with all major credit cards. She told me they could lower my interest rates, provided at least one card was in good standing and that I had at least $3000 in debt. I asked if the corporation was for-profit and she said yes. I asked where they were located, and she told me in Florida. When I asked for a phone number where I could reach her, she hung up on me.
