9k for free? Yeah sure. Wait for my call...seated!
Robo call. Only offered me $1,000 from the government that I would not have to repay. All I had to do was call the number back. Bulls_ _ _ _!

Called my cell. Robo voice informing me I have received a $9K grant that I do not need to pay back and to call them back on this number to claim. Seems to be an increase on garbage calls to my cell phone this past week.
So I was just contacted by this number not long after reporting a scam on behalf of a friend who was hacked over something similar and she experienced identity theft. I'm in college and well versed on the money available to me to co er my education and these people are citing an old poll grant and student loan combined maximum eligibility, they do not work with the government and will phish for info by which to rob your identity. Best option? Dont pick up the phone unless you know the number and let em leave a voicemail.
To the desperate college students gettin their Hope's up, this isn't a real thing. Contact your FA officer at school for any other funding possibilities. They will go over all of your options.
Same bologna, free money yada yada. So Annoying!

Same thing. They’re going to give me money, $9000 that I don’t have to pay back. And then I have to call them back on the same number to get the money.
Robot voice. Automated message, offered grant money I don't have to pay back, asked to call back for verification then hung up. South Carolina
