These people are rediculous. They have called me 2-3 times a day since I gave blood. That was 2 years ago. They will continue to harass you no matter how many times you tell them to quit
This number has called my cell phone approximately 3 times per day for the last week. I let it go to voicemail and they never leave a message. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers unless they leave a message. I really wish they would stop calling as the constant interruptions at work are annoying to me and everyone else withing hearing distance of my phone. I also don't appreciat the early am calls. In my opinion, if you were calling for a legitimate reason, you would leave a message.
I think thats right... its the only land line from 206 area code that would call me. I told them I wouldn't donate with them any more cause they messed up my arm so bad the first time I had to take the next 2 days off work, and I asked them not to call..but they keep doing it, and don't leave a message
To answer the last question: no, if you talk to them, they won't stop calling as much. I think i'm going to stop being a donor because they won't leave me alone. They are relentless.
I've been getting calls from this number 3+ times a day for the past few days. I never answer a number I don't recognize so I'm glad to hear that it's actually PSBC. If I pick up next time and actually speak to someone will they stop calling so much?
where's the apology john reagan??? makes me not want to donate anymore.
They've called me 3 times tonight (since 4:50 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.) Why don't they leave a message? Anyone know?
PSBC calls too much. They cll my home at least 3-4 times a day - my family has taken to answering then hanging up. They've now started calling my cell even after I asked them to remove the number. PSBC is a great cause, we donate as often as we can, but their incessant calls are going to drive us away.
This number has called me 4-5 times per DAY, for the past 2 weeks or so. It's getting really irritating.
This guy called and there was a pause before he spoke; so I promptly read him the riot act. Colorfully! He rebounded with the same aggrivated remarks; then quietly cussed me out. We bantered back & forth, and I said "Are we getting anywhere with this? Isn't his rediculous?" He lept right at it, but in a low voice. I'm not completely sure, but I get these blank calls daily at the same time, AMs & PMs 4-6x.
Hi, I'm John Reagan, Manager of the Call Center at Puget Sound Blood Center. These calls are coming from my team. We are working on improving our computerized dialing system so we call less frequently and the calls are picked up by a live person more consistently. If you would rather get an e-mail reminder instead of a phone call, you can request that by calling 1-800-398-7888
or sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to talk to me personally about this, my number is 425-462-4380
. Thanks for being blood donors!

It is the Puget Sound Blood Center, and they do call with a computer. That is why there are so many calls waiting for you to answer. When I answered yesterday there was a long pause until the live person came on. They need to improve their system. For us who screen, it's a lousy system. At least it's a good cause.
They have called me about 7 times a day for the past 3 days, they never leave a msg, and when i answer they never say anything
Keeps calling day after day. When I answer no one is there. I think they have a computer calling and there is a problem with the timing/delay ... whatever.
i'm not the only one!!??
I've gotten dozens of calls from this number. drives me up the wall. i am a donor... so it makes sense i guess.
Blood Center is plausible, but why do they hang up every time I answer. Grrr.
They called yesterday... for the eighth time. Caller ID says unavailable but it would make sense that it's the PS Blood Center - I do donate...
These folks call me EVERY FREAK'N DAY! Never leave a message... It gets old...
They may be legit, but they call at least 6 times per day, always at the same times, and I usually just let it go to VM--no message is ever left. I did answer once but there was no one on the other end.
