T-Mobile couldn't block the number for me as it was apparently coming from a company, not an individual, but it doesn't seem to be a T-Mobile number, despite the recording's claim. I would say it's some sort of automated scam call...don't answer it of call it back!

I've gotten the same thing, twice now. Called T-Mobile back, and they can't even find a record of the incoming or outgoing call on my phone logs!
First time, I answered the incoming, and was placed on hold saying have acct # or Cell phone # ready; no identification as to who was calling. I called customer care about that. This time, didn't get answered in time, called it back and got an automated wait message again, although this time it said it was T-Mobile. On hold for a couple of minutes, hung up on me again. Customer Care can't find a record of it actually being a T-Mobile number.

This number is a robo-dial from T-Mobile (which I found out when I called it back). When I called back I got some prerecorded info "this call will be recorded..." etc., then I was placed on hold, and then it hung up.
