Called me this afternoon. Said in a wonderful Indian accent that his name was Robin (which I doubt very highly, he was from Microsoft calling about my home computer. I told him that I do not have a home computer I have a work computer located at a business. He said what do you mean you have no home computer? we are showing that it is running high in whatever, I just laughed and said do not call this number ever again or I will report you then promptly hung up.

This is an indian based scam where they get you to run AAMMYY admin and they remote onto your computer and show you errors in event viewer and they also run prefetch and show you the windows prefetch files that you cannot delete. They tell you they are hacker files, but they are windows prefetch files. Search google for this scam. They try to scare you thinking you have "hundreds of hacker files" and they claim they are from Windows lab. They will try to get you to pay money to fix it when it's not broken!
