Caller posing as representative of Publisher's Clearing House alleged a $1.5 million prize had been won. All that had to happen was to get $1500 in Green Dot cash cards and call back for furhter instructions. The $1500 was a partial payment of taxes ont he winnings. The classic lottery cam aimed at the elderly, or anyone else who still answers their phone without screening numbers.
