visit
You might have to ''go visit them'' in another country. These cruise hawkers with their fake surveys have likely gone to great effort to hide themselves behind spoofed numbers, many appearing to come from the northwest US.

Called my cell phone, which is registered on the do not call list. Hung up. When I called back, they said the political survey expired, and to be removed from the call list, press '1'. I pressed '1', and it thanked me for participating, and went right into a survey.

Why isn't it easier to identify who is calling you? Then you could go visit them.
