These people keep calling at all hours of the day and night. The Caller ID only shows the word "Washington". When I try to call them back, I get a recording saying: "You've reached a disconnected number belonging to Pacific Telecommunications Group. When I called my own telephone company and complained, they said it was a trunk line and they could do nothing about it.

This is a rude telemarketer for mortgages. Blow it off. Tried to call back and it listed it as a non-working number. They are spoofing phone numbers. Anything starting with 403, 703, 503 are nigerian/foreign telemarketers/scams. There are other #'s I'm sure they use. These are new #'s that are typically in remote areas where there are a lot of extra #'s available. They can use a number for a day or week, get a new one and the cycle goes on. They have also been known to spoof sheriff's #'s and police departments.

This number is calling several times a day and has been doing so for weeks and months. It is a recorded message or nobody says anything, so we hang up. They do this to business numbers and personal numbers, despite all of our numbers being on the Federal Do Not Call Registry. Do not know how to stop them.
