The caller said he was with "Card Sevices" and asked about my VISA account. When I asked him "which VISA account", he couldn't give the name of mine so I knew it was a scam. I told him the I was on the "Do Not Call" list and never to call again or I'd report him. He then became vulgar and verbally abusive. I hung up and called the phone company who said they had already had numerous similar complaints. They confirmned that the number was assigned to Mcimetro Ats Inc. I researched this company and found that they also do business as Verizon Access Transmission Services and are a subsudiary of Verizon.

If these people keep calling you, go to the source. File a complaint on MCI web site. It is one of thier customers. Let MCI put a stop to these calls. I filed a complaint with MCI and am waiting for a reply. It is up to MCI to keep thier clients in line. Mabyee if they get enough complaints they will do something.
I did not answer and the call terminated imediately when the answering machine picked up. I am registered with the Do Not Call Registry and have been for many years. I report every number to them that calls this way. They are useless and toothless. They don't seem to do anything to stop annoying unwanted calls. I am not even listed in a phone book so this must be an auto dialer calling.
Scott called said Texas petroleum. Trying to sell shares. Like to know how they are getting pvt. numbers. And why hasn't Seattle Washington locked this bastard up.
Just a recording that says, "All circuits are busy. Please try your call again."
This is really getting anoying, We get this call everyday at least once. They don't lleave a message on the answering machine and when I try to answer the call all there is, is a dial tone. I have tried calling the number back and it will ring one time a computer voice will come on and say all lines are busy and then I am disconneccted. This is really TICKING ME OFF!
