Received same voicemail message as Clay from TX. Tried calling back and got an automated message stating "The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time. Please try your call again later." Then the same thing in Spanish. I'm pretty sure if the IRS wanted to get a hold of me, they would mail me a letter first, then show up at my workplace or home if it was serious enough for them to file a lawsuit.
Just received exact same call/message. Definitely a scam
Scam call stating the IRS has a lawsuit against us and to call them.
Just received same call...asked for someone English speaking and got hung up on.
Robo voice: "Hello, this call is officially a final notice from IRS. Internal Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number, 206-462-5330. I repeat: 206-462-5330. Thank you."
