I just received a call from this number (206.397.1533). It was a recorded sales message purporting to be from Google and offering to list a business in Google's 411 directory. This company is NOT Google and it is NOT affiliated with Google in any way. It is trying to scam people into believing that they are buying something from Google, which they are not. DO NOT BE FOOLED OR DEAL WITH THESE GUYS!

If you inquire about a loan and give them phone/SS info, the credit report hooks up to your number even if you file for no-call status https://www.donotcall.gov/. Each infraction thereafter (call) is punishable by a hefty fine, so register - and if they call, keep a log and tell them you've been keeping a log and to stop calling.
They will stop. It's the law.

Recording stating, "This is Rachel with Card Holder Services." This has nothing to do with any kind of events, plus it was a recording. I hung up and reported the number using the FCC online complaint form. Report all your unwanted calls and faxes at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm?sid=&id=d1e37 and if we flood them with enough complaints, maybe something more will be done about it.
