Caller attempted to verify how many Visa and Master Cards I had and the balances on them. Indicated that I would get a much lower interest rate if I worked with them. I asked them to call back later so I could look up information on the phone number. I am now prepared for the phone call this afternoon if they choose to call back. :)
Didn't recognize the name, so, as usual, my little technique of answering by saying: "______ police department!" was used. When I got a credit card verification (or something to that extent) I just started pushing buttons on my phone playing "music" in their ear and then hung up on them!

Never a message. No person. Numerous calls daily! How do we get these idiots off of our phone? We are on the "Do Not Call List"! Caller ID: CUSTOMER SVC
Reported this attempt at fraud as a DNCL violation
"Hello. This is Heather....." It's another recorded message regarding my credit card balance. It's a telemarketer, and I have no balances on any credit cards. I am filing a formal complaint as I am on the National DNC registry.
It came up as customer svc on my caller id
Other sites report this as another credit card rate scammer.
