I had Bank of America check into it and they said that the number doesn't exist int heir directory. They called the number and it appears to be a survey, probably trying to steal your information. If in fact BOA ever wants to survey you, they would do it from there 800 number but usually they will do it when you call in. Basically, never answer any cc surveys.
I have no Bank of America. They call random numbers and fish for your credit card company name. They will not tell me who they work for and they hang up when I tell them to stop calling me. I answer the phone and walk away without talking or hanging up so it ties up their phone lines longer - cuts down on how many people they can call if I delay them.
A telemarketing call.
Called the CID number displayed and was routed to a telemarketer, apparently contracted by Bank of America.
Phone-jockey claimed that he would remove my numbers for future sales calls.
I am a BoA cardholder, so being on the Do Not Call list doesn't do any good if you have a prior business relationship.
Calls every 2-3 times a day and never leaves a message. Even when I answer, they hang up. If it's important, then they would just leave a message. I guess it's not important and they must get paid on how many people to harass by phone.
Calls every day, 2-3 times and leaves no message. Caller ID says Card Services. Since I am up to date on all my credit card payments, track my activity online, etc... There should not be any reason for my credit card company to call me except to try to sell me something I don't want. Time to block another number I guess.
No message. Just repeated calls
Never a message, just ring and hang up. Gotta be up to no good. Stinking telemarketers, lol!
