Their online form is pretty easy ( after all the F in FCC does stand for Federal :) for government work.
I have received 2 phone calls in the last 2 weeks from this number. The exact same message has played-- I have 24 hrs to claim a flight out of DFW to anywhere in the US and a $300 gas card.
messege left on voicemail-Free airfare in US and free gasoline.

Trying to give away two plane tickets and $300 gas card based on some Drawing. I do not enter drawings. There was no take me off your list option. If you press 1 you care connected to an operator who starts in with a high pressure sales pitch. They require your SSN (*Warning*).
recording to offer you free airline tickets if you attend a sales seminar, didn't say what they were selling but sounded like a timeshare.
