No idea. Must be a scam of some sort. Being on the DNC list does not deter scam artists.

Message they left is as follow:

"Your eligibility expires shortly so please center this your final notice. Press the number three to discontinue further notices or press the number one on your phone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate thank you. Have a great day"

Same as Don...credit card phishing scheme. Message left also. Sometimes I wish i had anautomatic dialer and place call after call to these cons and burn their phone system up

This is a number used by phishers. An automated call was left on my voicemail. It claimed that they could reduce the interest rate on one of my credit cards. I am well aware of this type of phone fraud and I decided to place a return call just to harass them back. It didn't matter. The Federal Trade Commission is on top of this number already and had their own recorded message ready and waiting for anyone who might call the number expecting to have his/her credit card interest rate knocked down.
