Freak from TN call spoofing. They look for criminals, spoof their # and call you in an attempt to scare you. Puhlease, how old are you anyway? Huge compliment that you're thinking of me, but seriously, do I look scared?
NOT scared

This 206-200-7100 is a Verizon USA cell (mobile) phone and is operated from Seattle, Washington State. I used to get calls from this outfit. I never answered any of them and it has at least ceased (I hope it is permanent). One can teach these callers a lesson by one, not answering and pasting their numbers on all public survey and sales web sites. Then they start getting calls from other telemarketers. This way they get does of their own medicine.

This number dialed me, and it had a automated recording. It started with a boat horn sound, and it said I'd receive a free cruise trip to Nassau, Bahamas after completing a 10 question survey. It sounds too good to be true, so I passed on it. I dialed back, and whoever runs the scheme hung up in my face. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Autodialers just keep calling numbers and record the answered numbers. They sell the list to the businesses who call you. They were outlawed by FCC in 1990 but you know who controls the FCC (Obama + Holder). Do Not Call List is a joke..

If there is no enforcement of DNC then the issue of the "jerks" getting away with it is irrelevant. DNC has shown itself to be little more than a placebo button that was established in response to an ongoing volume of complaints. The readily available means of avoiding being traced as well as the volume of calls originating from outside our borders make the list unenforceable anyway. The exception given for surveys and nonprofits as well as political organizations reflects the true spirit of the list creation- to create and perpetuate the illusion that our government cares. If my number is on the list that means I do not want any phone solicitation interruptions of any kind- my inclusion says that- so any call that justifies their "right" to harass through that loophole essentially is saying that they know you do not want the call but they are going to call you anyway.

Business organizations (profit or nonprofit) have the $$means$$ of getting legislative attention so loopholes will be purposefully put in bills that are sold to us as though our concerns are being heard when in fact such acts of congress serve as tutorials for telemarketing interests on how to legally do what they intend to- disguise the sales pitch as a survey for instance.... and to make their information unavailable so no evidence can be collected to trace any violation. The website for reporting violations is most likely there to reinforce the fallacy that the government is going to do anything at all. The legislature can do this because we allow them to through our inattention.

We need to start seeing our governmental "representation" as the criminals they appear to be unless we're okay with every last trace of freedom being taken away on the premise that our interests are being served. the real influences are not those in congress or the president but those who stuff their pockets and fund campaigns... and they effectively neutralize the power our vote COULD have by ensuring that November's slate of candidates offer little choice beyond business as usual.

possibly faked caller ID; this # is a mobile # (and an out of service one, if you're getting that fast busy signal), according to whitepages.com. ( http://www.whitepages.com/phone/1-206-200-7100 ) anyone wanna blow $2 to see what name it's registered under?

anyhow, ignored call, no msg. just another phone spammer.

 Sep 06th, 2012
They are a company that call and does a survey to see how many smoke detectors and extinguishers that your family has. Then they ask if you are a homeowner, put your information in and continually call you to say you've "won" a very expensive fire alarm. These people will continue to call and if you tell them they have the wrong number or person they ask YOU all of YOUR personal information so they can have it for the number they called. They will not stop calling no matter what you say and they use many random numbers with different area codes.
