survey
service
I did not answer the phone but I verified what the call was for. Xpress Lube did an oil change on my vehicle and indicated at the time of service that someone would call to do a survey. The number called is my cell phone so I won't ever answer. The guys at the shop verified that these were the guys doing the survey

QUANTITATIVE METHODOLOGIES
TELEPHONE INTERVIEWS
Any business with a customer can benefit from telephone interview. Hospitals, banks, hardware stores -- anyone. Telephone interviews are the fastest, most efficient and most reliable way to quantify a targeted group's attitudes, perceptions, likes, dislikes and intent.
Need to measure customer satisfaction? Easy. An NSR telephone survey can call a scientifically drawn base of customers and ask them how they feel. Need to test the feasibility of a new store location or market interest in a new product or service? No problem. Telephone interviews will give you statistically reliable data in a very short time frame. Need to test ad awareness? Simple. Telephone interviews can help you determine if you're hitting your target market or not.

New South conducts all telephone interviews from a central telephone facility in Birmingham. With this centralized facility, interviewer questions can be handled immediately by the supervisor, quotas can be controlled as interviewing is in progress and quality over the interviewing process can be assured.
