Caller calls frequently but does not leave message
This was a telemarketer calling (this time) to promote "New Edmonton Radio Station 99.3" Also gave the Edmonton number for the radio station as: 780-437-0993
. Might be a good idea to give some feedback to this "new station".
These people are all wacked out of there minds. SR&J is a Call Center in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. They DONT call and hang up, they DO leave messages, they call for a REASON, the DO NOT CALL LIST takes up to 30 days to work
Grow up people
AutoVin is a company based in Winnipeg, it's a 'campaign' in the SR&J Call Centre. They work for several financial institutions such as GMAC when your lease comes to an end. They're seeing whether or not you're going to do a B/O and they arrange for your vehicle to be appraised. Dealerships don't want to do the work, so AutoVin does it for them..
Frequency has increased over the last couple of weeks from 1 per day to 4 or more. No answer when I pick it up. I'm not a Rogers customer and I am on the Do Not Call list. Now #1 on my most hated nuisance call list. Hopefully they'll be fined out of existance soon.
Caller knew my last name and said they were the company that handled my lawn service.
I stated that they were to never call my number again. My cell provider is Verizon.
They claim they were hired by the company who does my lawn maintenance to do a customer satisfaction survey. The questions were pretty innocuous, no phishing, so I didn't mind answering. Seemed pretty harmless. Will check with my lawn guy tomorrow to see if this is legit!
POTS Phone MB: Winnipeg, MB, Canada
POTS: Short for plain old telephone service, which refers to the standard telephone service that most homes use. In contrast, telephone services based on high-speed, digital communications lines, such as ISDN and FDDI, are not POTS. The main distinctions between POTS and non-POTS services are speed and bandwidth. POTS is generally restricted to about 52 Kbps (52,000 bits per second).
The POTS network is also called the public switched telephone network (PSTN).
Also, Manitoba is I believe a city/province within Canada. City of Winnipeg ... Province of Manitoba
Has been calling on a steady basis and leaving no message on voicemail.
Called twice, each time I hung up and they call back!
Called last two days multiple times. Overheard a woman complaining about something but nothing other than that. No one there when we answer.
A place called AutoVin. Regarding a Mazda that is soon to be off lease.
We receive at least 4 calls per day from this number, and have been consistently for the past year. It is my business phone, so I cannot change the phone number - I have no idea what to do about it. Telus says there is nothing they can do about it. Phone companies should all start networking, and anybody receiving X number of complaints should have their line terminated. This number is all over the internet as a nuisance caller. Why is nothing done about it?!?!?! -Frustrated in Calgary
Received countless calls on my landline phone from this number. The caller ID identifies the caller as Manitoba. Noone ever leaves a message and they call all hours of the day and evening.
I have gotten 4 calls from this person. They left a message on the 3rd call. It was a guy. He said "you better watch out" and then had this evil laugh. I'm really getting sick of this guy and am wanting to block him. I also have a rogers cell.
Rogers cell, got a human on the other end with Indian accent. The guy knew that it was a rogers cell, and was offering a free phone for $35 a month. First call was today.
Rogers cell as well, no message, hope this doesn't continue
would be nice if someway/somehow outgoing calls from this number would be rendered unusable
Supposedly Rogers Wireless telling me that I have been selected to receive a free blackberry if I cancel my existing Rogers contract and sign-up for a new one. I told them to call me back after I check up on them.
I got a call from this number and the name on the voice mail was Niki Tedeska or teduska Someone should call the police on them.
They have called in the past. I think it's telemarketing.
Multiple calls today, no message left. I did not answer. I am with Telus.
Called 5 times in one day, did not pick up, they left no voice mail. Very Very irritating.
I've been receiving calls from this number for a while - they don't leave a voicemail. I decided to call the number back and a voicemail says if that number appears on my call display, it means I've been contacted by them to participate in a special offer. Then they say if I'd like my number removed from their list to press 1. I did and there was silence for a bit but if you wait on the line for about 30 seconds or so a voice comes on again and says that your number has been successfully removed. I hope so! Pretty annoying!
Calling every few days, no one on other end ever. -rogers cell aswell
Called my rogers cell. No answer on other end. Called numerous times over the past 2 weeks. Annoying.
Random call.. I didn't pick up
Really, really sick of these calls. they never stop. i have been receiving calls for weeks now. I can't take it anymore.
Called # & electronic voice said was charity, no name given. It asked if I wanted removal from the call list, I followed its directions. Will see if continue receiving calls.
Multiple calls to my cell - no one ever there. What a pain.
Been Calling me for about 2 weeks, multiple times a day it is really annoying because no one is ever on the other end. I've stopped answering
They called every day for
over 2 weeks. And no one was there when we answered.
Then we did get a person on the line....who are they?
Call centre for Metro Pacific Rogers Wireless.
Complain to both.
Same number but they left a message. Some guy is laughing in a creepy way. Who is this clown?
We have two Rogers cell phones. Calls have come to our phones simultaneously from this number about 40 times over the last month or so. Never anybody there. Highly annoying.
Someone should report them to the police!
A real bother... calling and calling ... asked to be taken off their list.
