The call was a recording stating: there is an allegation against me for bank or check fraud and had a case number of CO which is invalid. I do have a degree in law and know what the prefixes are. they threatened to serve me with a summonons if i didn't call them back. I didn't call them. they have called four times in one month with different messages. I do not know who they are and I haven't had a problem as to bank or check fraud. However, they do address me by my full name since my number is listed now.

Called my cell phone saying charges filed against Sandra Kay Smith(that's not me). One call was from a man the other call was a woman. I called from my home phone and the number they had just called from was disconnected. 'Do Not Call' was a waste of time and a whole lot of taxpayer money.

They are a recorded message saying that you are being charged with fraud n gives a case number n to call it. When u do they talk so fast n talks about the creditor n how u should pay the supposed debt to them immediately or the creditor will sue you. N that u need to pay the debt prior to court u will no longer have any rights n will have to appear in court. When I asked to send me proof of the supposed debt they hung up on me. This is all bogus n illegal.
