We have gotten at least a dozen calls the last three days ... including THREE today - Christmas Eve. I have answered and told them to QUIT calling AND that we are on the DO NOT CALL LIST! They CONTINUE to call & no one is on the other end of the line!!! ;-(

EXTREMELY ANGRY!!!

Those annoying telephone calls are from the foreign-owned bank RBS Citizens, N.A., operating through its RBS Card Services division in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Both are subsidiaries of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc.

Lower-level RBS Card Services employees are engaging in illegal telephone harassment and intimidation activities that are ripe for a headline-grabbing, class-action settlement. In a public climate already unsympathetic to large multinational banks, corporate officials either promote such practices or they are unaware of the situation. In either case they should be put on notice.
