I contacted the operator and she advised that there is not a listing for this # so it must be from the back end. If you call the number it indicates it is disconnected, which is because the number is set up as outgoing only. The operator said that when she got home yesterday there were 2 calls on her caller ID from a 202 area code.

When I did a reverse look up this is the results that were returned:

Actually calls from this same number came on March 23 at bot 3:49 and 7:55 PM. Through other sources I've learned that this is the National Association for Marriage, and their ideas are not my ideas. Since before noon this morning, my phone has been experiencing a barrage of calls, over a dozen in all as I write this, from politicians and political parties (numbers begin with "2" and "8"). The phone was never intended to be hijacked as it is being hijacked during these presidential primary days. How do we stop this invasion of our privacy, the overtaking of a communication system for which we pay to keep free of advertisements and promotions? How is it that the "demons" who control the robo-call empire are able to get away with tormenting ordinary people who simply want to live their lives quietly? Something must be done, but what? I wish I had the political connections to do something about it myself.
