I received 2 calls also from this number on my voice mail. Content identical to D Miller's description.

Apparent "I'm from the IRS and you're in trouble now" scam (see 800notes.com, for instance). I've received 3 voicemails from this number over the last 2 days, all with more or less the same script: "This call is from the IRS, the Internal Revenue Service. This message is for [my name]. I need you or your attorney to return this call. Extremely time sensitive and very urgent. My name is Officer Mike Jones [name varies], and the hotline to my division is 202-864-1386 [repeats number]. Don't try to disregard this call. If you don't return the call or I don't hear from your attorney either, then the only thing which I can do is to wish you a very good luck as the legal situation badly unfolds on you. Till then, take care, and have a great day." If you can put on a Pakistani or a Russian accent you can nail this.
