Robo Call.

The FTC is aware of the explosion in illegal sales calls since 2010. The absence of enforcement is a popular myth. A mass of complaints has helped the FTC stall or kill many phone scammers. File complaints with the FTC and attorneys general, but be patient. Individual action through a TCPA lawsuit would be a strong suggestion, if a given scammer's true home can be found domestically.

Here's what's happening to improve federal enforcement:

I have an unlisted telephone number and in addition, am on both my state's, and the national, do not call lists. I have recently noticed a huge uptick in sales solicitation calls. There is apparently no enforcement at either the state of national levels. If someone can suggest something, please let me know how to stop these calls. Many of them are fraud or phishing schemes, which you would think would get some attention from law enforcement.
