When I answer, they say nothing. When I call back, I get the option to be removed from their calling list. This takes 72 hrs but I did it 2X already within 2 weeks and they still call. Very annoying! It should be against the law!!!!!

This is an Identity Theft phishing scam - they tell you it is for an Extended Car Warranty, once they get your Credit Card number they charge thousands of dollar on it. It uses a sequential number Auto-dialing computer (Calls EVERY phone number by adding 1 to the previous phone number) and is run by criminals.... they could care less about the Do-Not-Call list. The phone number seen on Caller ID is "spoofed", which means it is not the number from which the call was placed - they just pick some random number to use when the computer dials the calls. In all probability, the calls are coming from Russia, Nigeria or another one of the countries that are known for email scams - IT IS THE SAME PEOPLE that send out Email phishing scams! The worst thing you can do is answer, that validates your phone number as a "real" phone number. It is then added to a list that they originator uses REPEATEDLY to call you... and then it is put on a list that is sold to other scammers (criminals, really) at a premium price, because it is then on a list of valid cell phone numbers!

It Is Criminals Calling, do not answer!

these people keep calling 3 of our cell phones after we used a website called funformobile.com. Additionally in 8 years of having this number i have never received a telemarketing call of any kind until i used funformobile.com. I believe this web site sold our phone numbers to this telemarketer who identified itself as Warranty Services of America however, i looked up this company and contacted them by phone. I was told by an administrator that they were not associated with this telemarketer, that the telemarketer was using there name, they were based out of Florida and that lawsuits and litigation was pending against the company. I have told them to quit calling me 3 times yet keep calling me, and have received calls from 3 different numbers so far, 9096509101,202-495-7124 and 202-495-7130.

These people keep calling, about an offer for a extended warranty for my car

202-495-7124 - reporting it to level 3 and deltacom now

202-495-7130 - alredy reported to lvel 3 and deltacom

i came across deltacom, because it appears level3 was selling the service to a reseller out of willmington NC, that somehow ended up being eatin by deltacom or so it appears
