Caller ID says Este Sol. I asked to be removed from the list. He asked for my phone number and registry. I said "Don't you know who you are calling? At least the number you are calling?" He reacted angrilly and hung up!

Just the presence of surveyclaim.com on "RelianceTelecom/Yipes" at 76.74.8.238 would be enough to make me avoid this outfit. As for the "free cruise" -- that scam has been around a couple of years, at least.

202-495-XXXX was indeed issued to Level3 BUT
202-495-7XXX is US LEC of Virginia (OCN: 2515) along with 202-495-3XXX and 202-495-4XXX (add in 202-495-2XXX which is PAETEC, one of many) and you probably don't want calls from any of the 4000 numbers in 202-495-[2347]XXX

Depending on your political outlook, you might not want any calls from A/C 202!

When will cellphones (from ANY company) start including blacklisting entire BLOCKS of numbers?

These people keep calling me on my cell phone. There is no way to opt out. Finally, I answered the survey questions (wrong)to get to the end, and they said to log on to www.suveyclaim.com--but there is no www.surveyclaim.com. They said they were supported by companies--one being "Home Security Services." I want these people to leave me alone. I'm going to place complaints with the proper authorities.

Called yesterday, didn't answer. Looked up on Google and listed as a telemarketeer.
