Have called repeatedly. I have told them I am not interested in anything they have to offer and that I am on the do not call list. Caller ID says SERVICEMSG 202-367-9973
I just put a stop to Target Bank calling with false solicitations regarding an account we do not have with them. Now this one has started and while they do not announce their name - they claim it is an offer to reduce my interest rates. On what? Another scammer..........
Message left by this caller.... last chance to lower my interest rates. blah, blah, blah!!! These just HAVE to STOP!!!
Left message to lower my interest rate.
This number phoned my mobile phone and a recording announced they were calling about my credit card. My number is on the Do Not Call List.
telemarketer said was last chance to do something,i am on do not call ,first call from them.
} "How is this allowed to happen so often?"
Possibly because not enough complaints are lobbed at the correct desks. The FTC shut down several credit reprice scammers last year, responding to a mass of complaints to themselves and state attorneys general. They cannot read your minds, people. If you want action, you need to demand it. If you manage to find a U.S. address for the scammer, get educated on TCPA and other relevant laws and file suit yourself.

Left pre-recorded message. Another annoying credit card scam. The Do Not Call list is a joke to these people. How is this allowed to happen so often?
Called left a message on the answering machine. Did not name the outfit she was calling for but said it was my "final" chance to lower my credit card(s) interest rate. Hope she (they) meant it when she said "final".
As soon as the caller started talking about my possible "eligibility" I hung up. If we have "do not call" how do these people get through?
The same "credit service" that calls every day from different numbers!
Another message from "Card Services". Wasted a few minutes of his time, made up names of banks I had cards with (he wanted over $3,500 in debt so I made sure my pretend "debt" was higher). When he wanted the actual card numbers, I told him to "get a real job, criminal" and hung up. I COULD have asked to mail him my printed credit report or the address to send it to, but I know he would have hung up immediately. Contact with these scammers is on their terms, they won't let you know who (or where) they really are. The best I can do is waste their time. Maybe they will get tired of this and get a real job someday.
Can someone recommend a phone that bounces "out of area," and selective numbers, such as 202-367-9973?
We have had many calls from this number leaving a message they can lower our credit card bills. We are on the no caller list

same song different different phone number. robocall telling me this is my 2nd and final call (I wish) to find out about how to lower my credit card debt. I shut off the answering machine and deleted message. Years of this phone call every so manymonths.
Have seen this # on my caller i.d. many times. Sometimes have a partial recorded msg about "press #1 to lower yr interest rate on your Visa or Mastercard." Finally answered this morning to find out if we have a business
relationship that would allow them to ignore the National Do-Not-Call Registry. NOT! It's a scam. Am reporting it.

Why if I am on a do not call list do I continuously get these calls?
recorded message saying they will lower my credit card rates - SCAMMERS
12:21 pm. Caller ID showed the name SERVICEMSG. Didn't pick up - recording message "concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rates to as little as 6.9% (...)". Junk call. Yes, we are on the DO NOT CALL list. Doesn't work like it did years ago...
SCAM! AUtomated message, caller ID says "ServiceMSG".
