American Lung Association driving me crazy. They asked me to distribute their materials in the neighborhood years ago, which I did for several years. When they called the next year, I truthfully told them we were moving and I could not continue to do it. Not to mention, no one in the neighborhood responded to their request for donations and I do not like to bother my neighbors. Our move actually fell through, but surprise! No other neighbor volunteered to take over and they sent it to me anyway. And continue to call and send me the packet each year anyway. If I say "no", don't send me the packets to distrubute anyway. I now have a phone where I can block numbers. They call from a series of numbers, which vary by one digit. Most times, the caller id says ALA. This particular number says " private number". They must use it for people who do not answer when they do identify themselves on caller id as ALA. Ironic, because I am even less likely to answer a private number. They now call numerous times daily. And thankfully, it comes up "caller blocked" because I have that capability on my phone.
