Caller used a spoofed 202-001-3341
number with a District of Columbia caller ID. Asked for me by name, informed me he was from Windows support providing a reply to" my computers request for assistance." REALLY !. Caller had a foreign accent, and has called at least twice previously this year alone. Informed him he was mistaken, asked to be removed form his list and hung up. Caller's IP has been traced to Iran. Why can't these called be stopped with all the documentation provided by these internet boards?

Caller asked if she was speaking to --- gave a completely random name---. I asked who I was speaking with, she stated her name is Natalia. I asked what company she was with and she hung up. She called our business number, so I had to answer. Otherwise, I would not have picked up the phone.
Got called from this number saying they were from Windows. Hung up.
Foreign speaking person claiming someone hacked my computer and he could help. I told him I was a computer person, he was full of BS and the call was being recorded to report them. Hung up immediately.
This kept calling me even when I told them to stop. Telling me I have a Virus and they'll need to access my computer. Good thing I know better.
person warned me that my computer is sending error messages and wanted me to perform a test on it with their instructions. I refused.
Foreign, speaks little English, caller says that they have been watching my pc for the last few weeks and noticed that I was having some problems. Asked where they were calling from said that it was "Microsoft" and that they would be willing to help me get it fixed. Asked if caller would like to hang on while I call Police, they hung up. This is FRAUD and I know because I see it all day long!
A foreigner with limited English skills called from "Computer Marketing" or "Windows Marketing" or similar fictitious name stating that hackers may be attempting to gain access to my computer. The line went dead before he could finish.
Call hang up at 211 pdt. Had a call hang up in April also. Fortunately where I live the Feds have an ad on advising people to not answer these calls or if they do, hang up on them, they are scammers.
They have been calling every 20 minutes all afternoon. I just pick up the phone and hang up. These criminals called several months ago and demanded I get in front of my computer. When I hung up he called back and used all kinds of foul language saying what he'd do to me sexually, what he'd do to my mother sexually and so on. What a jerk these criminals are. I know the government has lots to do what with trying to stop people smoking pot and so on, but they really need to crack down on these annoying phone scammers and con-artists instead.
Foreign accent, said he was calling from Singapore. Kept telling me my computer had been compromised, virus, hackers and such. Said my security was not updated. Used "FCC" term. Did not any identify the call/caller with any legitimate I think he was trying to sell or get access to my home computer. Would not stop talking. Phone spam/phishing. I believe the 202 area code is Washington D.C. Ended call.
Hung up on me when I answered the phone. I think they have called before and always hung up on me.
This number has called several times but no one there when I answer. The number shows up on my preceded by a zero. I'm wondering if it is an international call.
Got this call today from someone who i could not understand. Said he was calling from the internet security. Something about hackers trying to enter my computer. Wow glad he called about it. Im amazed that they even knew my home phone number to call me so quickly. Anyway I could not understand him and I think he wanted me to give him access to my computer. Hhahahahhahahaha anyway i told him i would take care of it and hung up on him.
