Don't put your phone number on the do not call list. Companies have to get that list supposedly so they take you off the list, but I have heard that what happens is bad companies buy the list saying they will take you off their list, but actually that is how they make their call list. They call the people that do not want to be called, that is why that list is a total waste of time.

I, too continually get these calls from NEW JERSEY from 201 918-4824 and 201-918-3074. If you call the number back and hit "2" and ask to get on the "do not call list", it seems to agrivate them even more and they will call more often.
They call me every fifteen minutes for over a month now. My number is on the national "do not call" registry, so finally, I filled out Form 1088D with the FCC for "Abandoned" calls or "War dialing" calls. Hopefully this will get them to STOP. FIGHT BACK!!!!!!

Go to this website and file a complaint....

This number has persistently called me at least three times a day and sometimes 7, way into the evening. I have never added my cell number on to Facebook, nor have I replied to any ads on there. I don't know where they've got my number from. My partner called them yesterday evening and took my name off their calling list - to no avail. I just press the ignore button now when they call, in the hope that they may get fed up ......
We'll see!!!

Here’s my experience, judge for yourself.
I saw this ad and went to have a look, thought, "Hmmm... maybe." I filled in the first page of the form (including phone number BIG MISTAKE) went to the next page and when money was mentioned, I searched to see what the deal was with this outfit and Google,( which turns out to be NONE ). I ended up on this site and after reading the posts, proceeded no further with this junk, closing the window and forgetting about it.
Since then, I have had countless phone calls, starting at before 8am and continuing to near 6pm. The first one, I politely told them I no longer was interested and hung up. Thereafter I said there was no one of my name at this number, but STILL they keep on calling. I can tell you that two of the numbers I have are cell numbers;
1 -201 - 918 - 3074

1 -201 - 918 - 4824

(and through some, shall we say, 'Friends" of mine, I know that they are registered in New Jersey, but not being used from there). Now here’s a piece of advice for anyone who gets these calls and wants to fight back:
The cell call will not end until YOU hang up. So, if you have mute on your phone and don't mind tying up your line for a few hours, simply mute the call and leave the handset off the hook. All the time you do this, their line will be tied up and they are paying, not only for a cell phone call, BUT roaming charges too. Believe me it's not hard to run up several hundred dollars worth of calls in a day by doing this!

But AGAIN I EMPHASISE THIS -

The link from this number to you is through Facebook ads. I did the same thing that Kaye did and have been suffering ever since. And I live in Toronto, Canada!

My cell number is the only number I have and if I answer the call I get billed. So, call display and "ignore call" are my best friends right now. It has slacked off somewhat and I think it's because I refuse to answer the call. Here's hoping.....

The telemarketing firm that operates this number calls several times a day asking for Alex Menendez. When told they have the wrong number, they proceded with a "while I have you on the line" sales pitch. I have asked to be put on their "Do Not Call" list, yet they persist. If I answer at all anymore, I simply reply "You have the wrong number" and hang up. It's very annoying.

Very disturbing this number calls all the time I do not know this number and do not want who ever it is to call me night and day. I was on vacation trying to get some sleep so I could catch a very early flight, and who calls every hour this number. They need to get a life and leave people alone.

Thanks for your time
