Caller id said "americanexpress". Call started with a "this call is recorded for quality control purposes", and had a loud beep tone every fifteen seconds. Young lady wanted the name of my business. When I told her that she already should have that, she repeated her request for the name of the business and stated that this was for a "credit update." I then asked for a supervisor, told me "a supervisor is not available." I repeated my request for a supervisor and she responded with "a supervisor is not available. I do not have a supervisor." I repeated my request for a supervisor until she hung up.

we should pick a day for all to call the offices of american express and flood their phone system.
see how they feel about phone abuse. maybe we could add all the local law makers on this list and
call it even.
