Caller id said "americanexpress". Call started with a "this call is recorded for quality control purposes", and had a loud beep tone every fifteen seconds. Young lady wanted the name of my business. When I told her that she already should have that, she repeated her request for the name of the business and stated that this was for a "credit update." I then asked for a supervisor, told me "a supervisor is not available." I repeated my request for a supervisor and she responded with "a supervisor is not available. I do not have a supervisor." I repeated my request for a supervisor until she hung up.
