prerecorded message about automobile warranty that was about to expire; press 1 to speak to service rep (tried, but call never goes through!) or 3 to be removed from call list (Right! I do this about once every week for same "recording")

received call from 201-257-4100, Caller ID "Won It". Recording said car warranty about to expire to speak to representative push 1. Pushed 1 and heard voices in background but was hung up on. Couldn't get dial tone for a minute or two. Called #, recording said to take # off list enter phone # now.
No one answered on pickup. Called the number back "Automated number removal system, if you would like to have your number removed....."
