This company calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. In addition, they play a recorded message without an operator on the line in violation of the TCPA. They use an automated dialer to call, and do not nave an operator on the line when the phone is answered, another violation of the TCPA. Their recording claims that they have important information about lowering your interest rates on your credit cards and that this is your second and final warning (it is not second, nor final, nor a warning, nor do they have an offer to reduce your card rates) and that you must press one to talk to an operator. This is clearly a scam and a phishing attempt to get your personal information and credit card numbers. Do not provide these scammers with any information.

A recording about AGAIN being my FINAL notice about lowering my credit card fees. This one was frightening because I actually have elderly relatives in the town that showed on my caller ID. Do these slime balls have access to personal info?
