I am pretty sure (tho I missed the call) that this is just Kia's followup call regarding sale of a new car. Kia is HUGE on Customer satisfaction (the reason they were growing while the Big 3 were shrinking). No big deal. I will answer next time, answer the questions (I love my Kia's) and no more calls folks, Easy!

When I purchased my new Kia, the dealer told me to expect a call from JD Powers -- it is a customer satisfaction survey regarding your new vehicle and the purchase process. This call came about a week after the purchase of my car.
Called twice tonight. Didn't leave a message.
20:01pm sunday sabbath evening 10/26/2008. just received incoming call from (caller id KIA Motors) from a very business like black man who identified himself as Edmond from J.D. Powers & associates representing KIA customer satisfaction and research center and requested to speak to Katherine. When I inquired as to who Katherine's last name is (since I am single and divorced many years) he simply quickly hung up. when I redialed the incoming number I got a recording with a female voice saying "Welcome to the KIA customer satisfaction and research center"
This is a Auto Warranty scam. Report to authorities.
Calls 2-3x per day, have not answered to find out who it is. They do not leave a message.
