"Hi this is Lisa...." Apparently calling to save me money on my credit card account. Which is interesting, because *I* do not have a credit card. The only option available with this recording is to press 9 to speak with someone. So, I did. Mr. Mumble attempted to introduce himself with something like, "Helmmmph mmph iph mmph mmm mmph, how are you?" When I replied with "Fine. How are you?" I apparently offended Mr. Mumble because he hung up on me. Huh. Guess I'll have to wait for them to fake a new number and call me back in a week, because with the fake number they displayed, I can't call back to find out how to get 6% on a credit card I don't have.
I get this number 1112223334 call my house frequently with no one at the other end.
Some airhead woman telling me I have no problems with my CC. Oh yeah?
Recorded message re credit card info; likely phishing expedition. Phone number is obviously fake.
Found number is used by several people. see http://home.att.net They are not a telemarketing company. It's weird people out here nowadays. They have nothing else to do.
I got a call tell that there wasn't a problem with my credit cards but they would be able to lower my interest rate. What is interesting is that I don't have any balance on my credit card. I believe that it was just a fishing phone call.
